had torture tday. pull ups. dips. standin broad jumps . runs. im gog crazy. we r like trainin for SEA games sia.. pj rugby played against jj in our homeground. hmmm. pj played quite well and won. got 3 tries i tink . den 2 conversion and one penalty. hahas. tink dey qualify for nxt round? dey weree really suay to b same grp wit rjc. but nevertheless. pj din get thrash. haha. tired now. go oink
